I will never not reblog this. The fact that I’m the coworker he mentions about discussing the idea with makes it even better. Well done, Kris. This is the best!
Daw, thanks Ashley!

So this happened.
Of course, it happened the night right before Ottawa Comic Con because why not, that’s why. But even if I wasn’t already long sold on America Chavez’s kickpunching alt urban attitude and a personal lifelong motto to also PUNCH EVERYONE, my well-documented elemental weakness to a hoodie+jacket combo clotheslined me right into it.

One day we’ll be in a Marvel movie, sitting there as something doesn’t feel right. and as the credits start to roll we’ll know what it is. It will flash up on screen and our hearts will break. “In loving memory of Stan Lee”. There was no cameo in that movie. And there never will be again.
are you satan

Guess what, guys - I’m running a four part give away!
I’ve gained an incredible amount of followers recently, and had a whole load of amazing support and lovely messages from people, so as a personal thank you to all of my followers, I’m giving away some of the goodies that I’ve gathered recently. There are four sets to give away, which means there’ll be four lucky winners!
Set One (Brave) includes:
- Six official Pixar postcards with concept art from Brave
- A Brave pencil case and two pencils, which I think was only given away at UK cinemas
- A copy of the Little Golden Book version of the Brave movie (the art in this is gorgeous!)
- A copy of the Brave DVD: this is a region 2 DVD. If the winner is outside of this region, I’ll give this away to a fifth lucky winner and replace it with a hand-drawn, signed Brave sketch.
- An A4 print of any one of my artworks (winner’s choice)
- A selection of random art goodies from me (likely comics, postcards, badges and/or greetings cards)
Set Two (Rise of the Guardians) includes:
- An official, framed set of cells from the Rise of the Guardians movie - certified and limited edition of only 300
- The Rise of the Guardians movie novelisation
- A copy of Nicholas St. North and the Battle of the Nightmare King (book 1 of the Guardians of Childhood). Alternately if the winner already owns this then I’ll replace it with a hand-drawn, signed Rise of the Guardians sketch.
- An A4 print of any one of my artworks (winner’s choice)
- A selection of random art goodies from me (likely comics, postcards, badges and/or greetings cards)
Winners three and four will receive:
- a sketch or simple line art of their choice, which I’ll make into a print and ship to the winner
- any other goodies that I can magic up inbetween now and the end of the give away
I’ll run this until 11:59 PDT June 15th, and then select winners via a random generator website. All followers get an automatic entry to this, and every reblog is an extra entry. (Although please be considerate of your followers and don’t spam their dashboards too much!) You don’t have to be following me to be included, but it sure is nice! :>
I will ship internationally. This giveaway isn’t associated with Tumblr, Pixar, or DreamWorks. Winners will have a week to respond or I’ll pick another one, and give away blogs won’t be counted
Ends June 15th!

I was at walmart the other day, and I was sitting on a bench waiting for my mom to pay, and I was braiding my hair because that’s something I do when I’m bored, and this dude walks by and says, “hey baby, what else can you do with your hands?” I gave him my most polite smile and said in the sweetest way possible, “strangle you.”
And I think I actually scared him because his eyes got kind of wide and he just walked away.
